March 21 is the Equinox and a time to celebrate balance and the coming Spring and feeling of rebirth, renewal and regeneration...
๐ธThis has been a long and challenging winter on many levels, deep snow, political upheaval, much evil coming to light and war. We are being asked again and again on WHAT we want to focus on. The world we knew feels like it is collapsing and at some points as empaths and compassionate human souls we feel like we are drowning in a collective ocean of sorrow, fear and grief... I know I have been... This winter I had to go deep within and focus on my priorities. Spring and the Equinox is the time to integrate all the shifts, and downloads we have received in this deep inner journey of winter. Its like an old fashioned radio dial we have to choose what frequency we are tuning into. This is a time of great awakening and we must take responsibility on our thoughts, reactions, actions, words and envisioning of the future... please dear lovely friends- focus on dreaming a lovely future for all of us. Dream and new world where all the evil that has come to light did so to be transmuted and we can all live in peace, harmony and balance with each other and the earth. April 1, is called April FOOLS because it was the traditional start of the new year- When the Gregorian calendar changed and Jan 1 was "new year" those of us that waited and celebrated the new year in April (or first Full Moon after the Spring Equinox) were called "Fools"... call me a fool but for ME this is my energetic new year. I used Jan-April for going within, dreaming, healing and I emerge in Spring ready to begin again revalidated and ready to take action steps....
Now would be a good time to -
Look back at your New Year intentions and your most recent New Moon intentions...
Ask:What has supported my growth? How can we get MORE of that? What has distracted or drained me? How can we get LESS of that?
What relationships feel balanced? Which need recalibration?
What part of my life is ready for momentum?
PS: With Chiron in Aries, old wounds around identity and self-expression may surface.Where have you:Felt unseen? Felt silenced? Questioned your worth or authenticity? This moon offers an opportunity for healing through courageous self-acceptance.

Iโm also continuing my Chakra Embodiment journey, which can be joined at any time through my online course. Each month we explore a different chakra as a living, embodied practice โ through awareness, ritual, color, sound, nourishment, and gentle healing.
Because this is a go at your own pace online class you can do this on 7 days, 7 weeks or 7 months, heck 7 years if you want. But I am also seeing that many people while like online content need the in person connection so I am organizing a small group to meet in person for April 24th- June 12th.
